iGaming Commercial Jobs

Commercial roles own a market or a product line and the numbers attached to it. A country manager runs the whole picture for one territory: promotions, local partnerships, competitive positioning and the P&L. Casino managers own the casino product's performance, from game mix to bonus strategy. Commercial directors sit above both, setting where the business puts its effort next.

The work is genuinely cross-functional. You will spend as much time with marketing, product and compliance as with your own team, and the mix of local market knowledge and commercial ownership is why these roles often go to people who already know the territory.

Salary ranges: EUR 30,000 to 40,000 for commercial analysts, 40,000 to 55,000 at mid-level, and 55,000 to 75,000 for senior commercial managers and heads of commercial.

Key skills: Analytical and financial modelling ability, commercial judgement, and fluency in gaming P&L structures, meaning GGR, NGR, bonus cost and provider fees. Local market and language knowledge is often the deciding factor.
