Why post on iGameers

An audience that is already qualified

Nobody lands here looking for just any job. Everyone browsing iGameers wants to work in iGaming, so your role reaches people who already understand the industry and want to be in it. That matters most for the roles that are hardest to fill, the ones a general board buries under a hundred unrelated vacancies.

Candidates find you by searching

Someone looking for a compliance role in iGaming types it into Google. Someone weighing up a move into the industry asks an AI assistant where to look. iGameers is what comes back, and your role is on the page when they get there.

No sign-up between your role and the right candidate

Candidates apply straight through to your careers page, ATS or inbox. No account to create, no CV to upload to us first. Every extra step costs you applications, and the strongest candidates, the ones casually looking rather than actively job-hunting, are the quickest to give up.

FAQs

How much does it cost to post a job?

Listings start at €50, excluding VAT, with Featured and Spotlight options above that and bundles for companies and agencies hiring multiple roles. Full breakdown is on the pricing page.

How long does my listing stay live?

Thirty days for a single listing, sixty days for anything bought as part of a bundle. Credits are valid for 365 days from purchase, so you can post roles as you need them across the year.

When will candidates see my role?

Straight away. Your listing goes live at checkout, appears across the site's search and category pages, goes out to job alert subscribers, and is shared to LinkedIn.

Can I edit my listing after posting?

Yes, any time while it is live, and you do it yourself. No emailing anyone to make a change.

How do candidates apply?

Directly to you, with no account needed. Your listing links to your careers page, ATS or email, so applications arrive in your own pipeline. Candidates never have to register with iGameers to apply, which most job boards require, and we do not hold their data.

We use an ATS. Does that work?

It does, and most companies on the board do exactly this. iGameers handles distribution, your ATS handles the workflow, and the apply button routes candidates straight into it.

Can recruitment agencies post client roles?

Yes. Bundles bring the price per role down when you are posting several at once, and if you need a different volume we can put together a custom bundle.

How is a job board different from a recruitment agency?

It is a different service, not a cheaper one. An agency searches for candidates, approaches them and shortlists for you, charging a percentage of salary. A job board puts your role in front of people who are already looking. Candidates apply directly to you and there are no placement fees. Most companies use both, and agencies themselves post here.

Do you only list jobs in Malta?

No. Malta is where iGameers started and where the talent pool runs deepest, but we list iGaming roles across Europe. If you are hiring outside Malta, the candidates are already here.

I have a question before I post. Who do I talk to?

Reach out through the contact page. iGameers is founder-run, so you get a real answer from a person who knows the board.

Ready when you are.
