iGaming Sales Jobs

Sales in iGaming is almost entirely B2B. You are selling game content, platform services, payment rails, data feeds or marketing services to operators, not selling to players. That shapes everything about the role: long cycles, technical buyers, and deals that often hinge on integration effort as much as commercial terms.

Account managers own existing operator relationships and grow revenue within them. Business development managers chase new logos, which in a market this small means the same names come round repeatedly and reputation carries real weight. Technical account managers sit between commercial and engineering, and are among the most consistently sought-after profiles in the industry.

Roles are listed in Malta and across Europe. The industry calendar matters more here than in most functions: SiGMA, ICE and iGB Live are where pipelines get built.

Salary ranges: EUR 28,000 to 38,000 base for junior account managers, 38,000 to 50,000 at mid-level, and 50,000 to 70,000 for senior sales managers and heads of sales. Commission structures commonly add 20 to 50% on top of base.

Key skills: Consultative selling, comfort discussing technical integration with a CTO, and commercial judgement on deal structure. An existing network of operator and supplier contacts is genuinely valuable at senior level, and is often what a hiring manager is actually buying.
