Affiliate marketing is a core revenue channel for Malta's gaming operators. Affiliate managers build and maintain relationships with publishing partners who drive player registrations in exchange for revenue share or CPA commissions. Partnership managers work on broader commercial deals including white-label agreements, API integrations and strategic alliances.

The role sits at the intersection of commercial negotiation, data analysis and relationship management. You track partner performance, negotiate deal structures, identify new partnership opportunities and work closely with marketing and product teams to optimise conversion.

Salary ranges: €28,000–€38,000 for junior affiliate managers, €38,000–€50,000 at mid-level, and €50,000–€65,000 for senior and head-of-department roles.

Key skills: Commercial acumen, relationship management, analytical ability to evaluate partner ROI, and familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms (Income Access, NetRefer, Cellxpert). Industry network and existing affiliate relationships are highly valued at senior level.
