Game presenters host real-time games streamed to players worldwide, dealing cards, spinning roulette and running game shows on camera. Floor supervisors oversee studio operations and game integrity. Behind them sit studio technicians, broadcast engineers and shift managers who keep tables live around the clock.

Shift work is the norm, including evenings, nights and weekends, and studios typically train presenters from scratch. Confidence on camera and clear spoken English matter more than a CV. Additional languages, particularly Nordic, German and Japanese, raise both your options and your pay.

Salary ranges: EUR 18,000 to 24,000 for game presenters at entry level, 24,000 to 34,000 for experienced presenters and floor supervisors, and 34,000 to 52,000 for floor managers and studio operations leads.
