CRM managers build automated lifecycle journeys across email, SMS and push, usually in Optimove, Braze or Fast Track. Retention specialists own reactivation and churn campaigns and are measured on cohort performance. VIP account managers look after the small number of players who generate a disproportionate share of revenue, combining relationship management with commercial judgement and responsible gaming awareness.

Roles appear across Malta and the wider European market, and CRM is one of the functions where operators hire from e-commerce, fintech and subscription businesses.

Key skills: Marketing automation platforms, segmentation and cohort analysis, A/B testing, and comfort with SQL or a BI tool. VIP roles additionally require discretion and a genuine understanding of safer gambling obligations.
