A growing number of Malta-licensed iGaming companies offer remote or hybrid positions, allowing you to work for MGA-licensed operators from outside the island. Remote roles are most common in engineering, data, product, design and content, while compliance, live casino and customer support roles more often require on-site presence.

Remote positions at Malta-based companies may apply location-based salary adjustments depending on where you are based. Hybrid roles (two to three days in a Malta office) typically pay the same as fully on-site positions. Some companies require you to be based within EU time zones even for remote roles.
