Salary ranges: €28,000–€36,000 for junior analysts, €36,000–€55,000 at mid-level, and €55,000–€70,000+ for senior risk managers and heads of payments.

Key skills: Analytical thinking, experience with payment systems and fraud detection tools, understanding of PSD2 and SCA requirements. Backgrounds in banking, fintech or e-commerce payments transfer well.
