Product managers and product owners drive the strategic direction of gaming platforms, sportsbooks and casino products at Malta's operators. iGaming product management is distinctive because of the regulatory constraints (features must comply with licensing requirements), the real-time nature of many products (live betting, live casino) and the complexity of serving multiple markets with different rules simultaneously.

Salary ranges: €32,000–€42,000 for product owners at entry level, €42,000–€58,000 at mid-level, and €58,000–€75,000+ for senior PMs and heads of product. Director and VP roles at major operators exceed €80,000.

Key skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, experience with agile methodologies, ability to balance user needs with business goals and regulatory requirements. Prior iGaming or regulated industry experience is a significant advantage.
