Product Specialist

Hacksaw Gaming, a leading B2B game provider known for innovative slot mechanics, mobile-first design and powerful promotional tools, is looking to add a Product Specialist to the team to support operations and act as the main point of contact between the product and commercial teams.

Essential job duties:

• • Supporting the commercial teams with promo tool demos for customers;
  • Acting as product expert and point of contact for commercial tools and backend features;
  • Building and maintaining strong knowledge of products and related solutions;
  • Supporting commercial teams with demos, presentations and technical expertise;
  • Working closely with the product team on launches and updates;
  • Creating and maintaining documentation, training materials and FAQs;
  • Helping with communication about product positioning, value and use cases;
  • Support onboarding and training for the Commercial team employees;
  • Monitoring product performance and identifying improvement opportunities;
  • Defining and prioritising backlogs for in-house promo tools and platform features;
  • Ensuring product knowledge is clear and accessible across the Commercial team.

Required Skills & Experience:

• • Expertise in slot features, game mechanics and promotional tools;
  • High level of technical aptitude with the ability to understand backend tools and platform functionality;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex features to non-technical stakeholders;
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage;
  • Experience delivering internal training or product enablement is highly desirable;
  • Passion for iGaming products and innovation.
