Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Malta, SiGMA Group is a global leader across iGaming, emerging technologies, affiliate marketing, events, and media.
With over 300 professionals across Malta, Cyprus, Serbia, Armenia, SΓ£o Paulo, and Manila, we deliver large-scale international events that bring together industry leaders from around the world.
Our operations are global, fast-moving, and built on strong execution, collaboration, and consistently high standards.
We are looking for a Video Content Creator who is part shooter, part editor, and part storyteller, capable of capturing and delivering high-energy, premium-grade video content at the speed of live events. You will be embedded with our team across global events, moving fluidly between professional C-level networking moments and high-energy after-hours environments such as award ceremonies, DJ sets, and yacht parties. Your work will go live while the event is still unfolding, so speed, technical confidence, and editorial judgement are just as important as your creative eye.
Shoot dynamic, high-quality footage across two distinct styles: clean and steady coverage for keynote speakers, regulatory panels, interviews, and C-level networking, and kinetic, handheld, neon-drenched coverage for award shows, parties, and after-hours activations.
Capture interviews and soundbites from delegates, speakers, and high-profile attendees that reinforce the story of high-level connections being made on-site. Manage wireless audio setups, and 32-bit float recording solutions to keep audio clean across loud expo floors, award shows, and outdoor environments.
Edit and deliver content under tight live-event deadlines, including 30 to 90 second teasers within 60 to 90 minutes of capture, 60 second keynote snippets within 2 hours of a speech, and 90 second daily recap montages ready for 8:00 AM the following morning. Work confidently with Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
Produce content optimised for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. Apply match-cuts on the beat, eliminate dead air at the start of videos, and use speed ramping and dynamic transitions that mirror the fast-paced nature of our industry.
Apply a consistent brand LUT across wildly different shooting environments, from sunlit rooftops in Cape Town to neon-lit venues in Dubai, so our visual identity stays unified globally. Maintain natural skin tones even under heavy neon, blue LED, or mixed lighting conditions.
Clean and enhance audio using AI-powered tools or manual techniques so that every interview, panel clip, and soundbite is broadcast-quality, even when captured in noisy event environments.
Before any deliverable is sent for approval, self-verify against our QC checklist: natural skin tones, clear audio above crowd noise, correctly framed and un-mirrored brand logos, accurate captions (including speaker names and job titles), and a high-impact hook within the first 1.5 seconds.
Operate a true on-site DIT workflow: edit with low-resolution proxies while high-resolution masters upload to the cloud, cut polished Reels on a laptop using a 5G hotspot, and respond to live feedback and revision requests in real time. Deliver all final files through our secure server in the correct formats and aspect ratios.
Use AI tools where they accelerate quality, including audio enhancement to strip expo floor noise, upscaling, generative fill for frame adjustments, and automated transcription for captions, while maintaining full creative control over the final output.
Bring ideas to pre-event planning sessions, suggest narrative angles for daily recaps, and contribute to the evolution of our visual style.
