System Analyst

We are looking for an IT Systems Analyst to help strengthen our data infrastructure, improve data quality and support the continuous development of our Data Warehouse (DWH). In this role, you will work closely with technical teams, analysts and business stakeholders to ensure our data is reliable, accessible, and ready to support better business decisions.

Does This Sound Like You?

• At least 2 years of experience in systems analysis, data analysis, data governance or a similar technical role.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, data structures, data modelling and data warehousing principles.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, including querying, analysing and validating data.
• Experience working with data integration processes, source systems and data management tools.
• Ability to understand complex information systems, identify dependencies, and translate technical concepts into clear, actionable solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data integration tools.
• Familiarity with BI and reporting solutions, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience working in a data warehouse development environment.
• Previous experience in the iGaming industry or another data-intensive business environment.

• Analyse source systems, data structures and data flows to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure smooth data integration.
• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for DWH development.
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers and business analysts to support data warehouse improvements and resolve data-related issues.
• Monitor data quality, investigate inconsistencies and help implement solutions to improve data accuracy and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to analysts and business users on data structures, system functionality and data-related questions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including data mappings, system specifications and process descriptions.
