A rapidly growing, privately owned international iGaming group is seeking a Managing Director to join its senior leadership team

The group operates multiple online casino and sportsbook brands across international markets and is entering its next stage of aggressive global expansion.

This is a highly commercial leadership position. We are looking for an established iGaming executive who not only understands how to scale an international operator, but already has the industry relationships and network to open doors and create major new opportunities.

The Role

The Managing Director will work directly with ownership and senior leadership to drive the continued growth of the group's international gaming operations.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading the overall growth and commercial strategy.
• Identifying new markets and major growth opportunities.
• Developing strategic partnerships and commercial relationships.
• Leveraging existing industry relationships to accelerate growth.
• Building relationships across affiliates, media, sponsorships, suppliers and other key industry partners.
• Overseeing senior commercial and operational teams.
• Driving revenue, market share and brand growth.
• Representing the business in major industry relationships and negotiations.

Who We Are Looking For

• 7+ years of experience within the international iGaming industry.
• Significant experience in a senior leadership position within a recognised online casino or sportsbook operator.
• Previous MD, CEO, COO, CCO, Regional CEO, VP or equivalent experience preferred.
• A strong existing network across the international iGaming industry is essential.
• Proven ability to create commercial opportunities through established relationships.
• Strong understanding of player acquisition, affiliates, partnerships and international expansion.
• Proven track record of scaling online gaming businesses and increasing revenue.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working directly with founders and ownership.
• Willing to relocate to Dubai.
