Were hiring ICT Specialists to provide high-quality IT support and ensure smooth operation of devices, networks, and collaboration tools in an iGaming environment. Youll support users, maintain systems, and help keep IT secure and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st/2nd line support: laptops/desktops, mobile devices, M365, printers, conferencing, VPN, access.
- Manage tickets, troubleshoot incidents, and meet SLAs with strong customer service.
- Support onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning (least privilege).
- Maintain device compliance: patching, antivirus/EDR basics, configuration standards.
- Assist with network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, switches, VPN, basic firewall coordination).
- Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Hands-on ICT support experience within iGaming (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts.
- Experience with identity/access workflows (Azure AD/Entra, MFA, groups, permissions).
- Clear communication, ownership mindset, and ability to prioritise in busy environments.
Nice to Have
- Intune/MDM experience, basic scripting (PowerShell), ticketing tools (Jira/ServiceNow/Freshservice).
- Exposure to security best practices and compliance-focused IT operations.
