Job Overview:

At BetStarters, we’re building scalable technology platforms used by international operators across multiple markets. We’re now looking for a talented AI Engineer to help us strengthen our AI capabilities and bring intelligent systems into production. This is not a research-only role. This is about building AI systems that work in real environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions
• Develop, train and deploy ML models in production
• Build scalable and modular AI pipelines
• Work closely with backend engineers to integrate AI services into a microservices architecture
• Take ownership of the full AI lifecycle: data, modeling, validation, deployment

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience building AI/ML solutions that run in real production environments
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to turn ambiguous requirements into working systems
• Experience taking ownership of the full lifecycle of an AI solution — from idea to deployment
• Ability to balance experimentation with execution and delivery
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers and stakeholders

Preferred:

• Experience or interest in working alongside Golang-based backend systems
• Startup mindset with a bias toward action
• Academic background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field

Nice to have:

• Experience with Dockerized AI pipelines
• Background in computer vision or applied ML
• Academic exposure to AI research Experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams
