Role Overview

The Head of CRM Operations is responsible to manage, optimize, and execute all day-to-day CRM Operations activities across the portfolio by leveraging the capabilities delivered by CRM Product to deliver campaigns, promotions, and customer communications efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Build frameworks for campaign delivery, data segmentation, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to identify operational improvements.
• Ensure that the CRM campaigns and customer journeys are implemented correctly and on time across all channels.
• Secure that bonuses and rewards configurations are flawless.
• Perform QA and validation of CRM campaigns before launch.
• Liaise with the relevant teams such as CRM, VIP, BI and Web Content teams for the efficient execution of the campaigns.
• Analyze post-campaign metrics, attribution models, and conversion data to measure ROI and share insights with CRM & VIP teams.
• Produce regular operational reporting and campaign analysis.
• Ensure campaigns comply with regulatory and brand requirements.
• Maintain operational documentation to support onboarding of new team members.
• Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• At least 7 years of CRM operations, and data management experience, preferably in the iGaming, online casino, or sports betting sector.
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Optimove, Salesforce, Fast Track CRM, etc.) and marketing automation tools.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong project management skills, particularly in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English.
