Casino Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Casino Manager to take ownership of our online casino vertical and play a key role in driving growth, innovation, and operational success.

Based in Malta with a hybrid working model, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing iGaming company where you will have a direct impact on the casino product strategy, game portfolio, and overall business performance.

• Managing the overall performance of the casino product, ensuring alignment with business goals, revenue targets, and player engagement objectives.
• Monitoring game performance, player behaviour, and industry trends to continuously optimise the casino offering.
• Cultivating relationships with game providers, coordinating new game releases, promotions, commercial discussions, and operational matters.
• Collaborating with Marketing and CRM teams to develop and execute casino campaigns, tournaments, and promotional activities.
• Analysing key business metrics including turnover, revenue, retention, engagement, and game performance, translating data into actionable insights.

• Previous experience in a Casino Manager, Casino Executive, Casino Specialist, or similar iGaming position.
• Strong understanding of online casino operations, game portfolio management, and promotional planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within regulated gaming markets.
• Experience within the German market would be considered a strong asset.
