Betfair Poker Executive

We're looking for a Betfair Poker Executive to join our Commercial Team at Betfair part of Flutter UK & Ireland.

As Betfair/PokerStars Poker Executive, you will support the delivery of Poker commercial performance across the UKI market for the co-branded PokerStars and Betfair experience post-ACE migration, playing a key role in executing initiatives that drive player growth, engagement and revenue.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help deliver the UKI Poker growth challenge through data-driven decision making and effective campaign execution.

What You'll Be Working On

• Support the execution of Poker promotions, campaigns and commercial initiatives.
• Monitor daily and weekly performance across key Poker KPIs including actives, staking and revenue.
• Identify opportunities and risks, providing recommendations to improve performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Commercial, Product and Analytics teams.
• Work closely with CRM and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are effectively targeted and delivered.
• Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends to inform commercial decisions.
• Assist in building reporting packs and performance dashboards.

How You'll Play to Win

• Proven experience in commercial, marketing or analytics roles.
• Use data to inform decisions and identify opportunities.
• Take initiative to identify issues and suggest improvements.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker or similar.
• Ensures accuracy in reporting and campaign execution.
