Accounts Payable Specialist

At Relax Gaming, we are continuously evolving how we work, scale, and operate as a business. We are now looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our finance team and to take ownership of our Accounts Payable operations, helping us further strengthen, optimise, and modernise our processes.

This is a hands-on specialist role for someone who enjoys combining operational excellence with process improvement, controls, and continuous optimisation. You will play a key role in ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and strong risk management across the AP function while working closely with Finance and stakeholders across the organisation.

What You'll Do

Accounts Payable Operations

• Support and manage day-to-day Accounts Payable operations
• Maintain and manage vendor data, including vendor onboarding and updates
• Process AP invoices and ensure accurate coding
• Multi-jurisdiction VAT handling
• Manage weekly payment runs across multiple entities
• Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and service providers
• Support CSRD-related supplier reporting activities
• Prepare AP ageing reports, payment forecasts, and other management information

Financial Controls

• Perform controls and validations related to vendor setup, bank details, approvals, and payments
• Monitor AP KPIs such as invoice turnaround time, payment accuracy, and aged balances
• Provide analysis and insight to support cash flow and working capital management

Process Improvements & Automation

• Support documentation and standardisation of finance processes
• Identify and escalate process risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Contribute to automation initiatives, process optimisation, and continuous improvement within the AP area

Broader Involvement Within Accounting Team

• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals and AP reporting
• Support Group Reporting requirements
• Collaborate with external accounting partners where applicable
• Additional responsibilities as required by the Head of Strategic Finance

Who You Are

• 3 years of experience within Accounts Payable or Finance Operations
• Strong understanding of AP processes from procurement to payment
• Experience working with controls, risk management, and payment processes
• Comfortable working in a structured, detail-oriented, and high-volume environment
• Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented
• Interested in process improvement, modernisation, and automation
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Experience working in international organisations is considered a plus
• Experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics is beneficial
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
