The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across the business, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent across a wide range of functions. This role focuses on managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and engagement through to offer management — while ensuring a high-quality, consistent candidate experience.
As part of the HR function, the Talent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in supporting business growth by building strong talent pipelines, applying proactive sourcing strategies, and acting as a trusted recruitment partner to stakeholders across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across multiple departments, from initial briefing and sourcing through to offer communication and acceptance.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
- Design and execute tailored sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across technical, commercial, operational, and support roles.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong alignment with role requirements and company culture.
- Manage offer processes, including coordination, communication, and follow-up to drive strong acceptance rates.
Talent Sourcing & Candidate Engagement
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct search.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Engage and nurture candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
- Apply market insight to advise hiring managers and HRBPs on talent availability, market salary expectations, and hiring strategies.
Process & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track, analyse, and report on key recruitment metrics, including:
- Time to hire
- Cost per hire
- Offer acceptance rate
- Source of hire
- Quality of hire
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, efficiency, and hiring outcomes.
- Ensure recruitment activity is aligned with internal processes and hiring plans.
Employer Branding & Collaboration
- Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction and visibility.
- Ensure consistent and professional representation of the company throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with internal teams on employee engagement activities, e.g. company internal newsletter.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in an in-house or agency Talent Acquisition role
- Experience working in iGaming industry and able to work in a high-growth B2C environment
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with the ability to engage passive candidates
- Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and how to use data to improve hiring performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Fluency in written and verbal English is a must; additional languages are an advantage
- Experience with BBHR is an advantage but can be taught
