Senior Finance Manager

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager,  this role is responsible for supporting the financial reporting during rapid growth phase. This role is a challenging role and focuses heavily on cash flow forecasting, financial reporting and controls, and leading a high performing finance team, while partnering with senior stakeholders to support business growth.

What You Will Do:

Cash Flow Projections & Financial Planning

• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts across the business.
• Monitor liquidity, working capital, and funding requirements, providing proactive insights to senior management.

Financial Reporting & Controls

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Establish and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and governance frameworks in line with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage internal and external audits, addressing findings and implementing remediation plans.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive-level financial insights for leadership and board presentations.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Set clear objectives, conduct performance reviews, and support career development initiatives.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices within the finance function.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties and special projects as required.

Your Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, CFA, or ACCA preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in finance, with strong exposure to cash flow management, financial reporting, and internal controls within the Igaming industry.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
• Proven experience managing and developing finance teams.
• Strong financial modelling and forecasting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems (ERP, BI tools).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Deep understanding of financial controls, governance, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, complex business environment.
