The Procurement Executive (PE) will manage the end-to-end due diligence process for new vendor relationships, ongoing renewals and existing third-party partners. 

The role acts as the segway, coordinating efforts across business owners and Compliance, AML, DPO, InfoSec, Finance and Legal to ensure consistent, auditable vendor risk assessment and onboarding aligned with the workflow.

Responsibilities: 

The role encompasses six primary areas: 

  • Vendor onboarding and initial DD
  • Coordination with internal functions
  • Vendor communication and follow-up
  • Contract support and documentation
  • Renewal and ongoing monitoring
  • Process improvement
  • Internal Due Diligence 

This aligns directly with the Suppliers Due Diligence procedure, particularly where the Procurement Executive would own coordination, questionnaire management, updates to Jira tickets, and vendor communication.

 
Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in vendor onboarding, procurement, compliance and risk management 
  • Familiarity with Jira
  • Comfortable with multi-stakeholder coordination
  • Basic knowledge of AML/KYC and GDPR
  • The role does not require prior deep compliance expertise, but rather project management, organization and communication skills.
