A taste of what you’ll do

The Junior Finance Executive is mainly responsible for the assistance and support in the completion of reconciliations, and the general maintenance of the accounting system.

Responsibilities:

• Post bank receipts and payments.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Post supplier invoices and payments to suppliers, where necessary.
• Prepare Payment Provider reconciliations on a transaction level whilst following up on any discrepancies with the payments team.
• Daily or weekly tracking of the receivables for the various payment methods.
• Carry out recalculation of commission due to Game Service Providers.
• Where necessary, liaise with external GSPs and the internal Games team to investigate issues.
• Carry out ad hoc investigations, reconciliations and analysis on behalf of the Senior Finance Executive and other department heads as deemed necessary.
• Assist with the statutory audit by external auditors.

Qualifications:

• Possession or working towards obtaining an accounting qualification will be considered an asset.
• Experience in a similar position within the finance department.
• Previous iGaming experience will be considered an asset.

Required Skills:

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Possess a positive can-do attitude with a great attention to detail.
• Enjoy learning and have a genuine interest in iGaming and slot machine games.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
• Capable of being a team player.
