About the role

Paradise Media is a high-growth digital media company operating in the iGaming affiliate space. We give our team real ownership and an environment built for focus, execution, and performance.

As Head of Off-Page SEO, you will own the link acquisition strategy and direct outreach across our portfolio. This is a senior leadership role accountable for the volume, quality, and cost-efficiency of link building and for shaping the long-term vision of how we win in an evolving search and AI-driven landscape.

You will lead an in-house team, set the standardards and tests, replace expensive vendor dependencies with a high-performing direct outreach operation. This role combines leadership, commercial thinking, hands-on outreach expertise, and strategic vision.

Roles & Responsibilities

Link Strategy & Vision

  • Own the off-page SEO strategy across the portfolio, from positioning to execution.
  • Set the long-term vision for the link building at Paradise Media. 
  • Lead and scale our direct outreach.
  • Own link types, link velocity and placement quality benchmarks across the team.
  • Continuously source, vet, and onboard new high-quality vendors, publishers, and media partners to expand our link supply.
  • Leverage AI tools to scale prospecting, personalisation, and outreach workflows.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and coach an in-house team of Off-Page SEO Specialists and Managers. 
  • Set clear KPIs, performance standards, and career paths for the team.
  • Build a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.

Cost & Quality Optimisation

  • Drive cost-per-link down without compromising quality or risk profile.
  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and tooling decisions across the off-page function.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with SEO Managers and SEO Heads and work on the best link strategy per brand.
  • Report on link velocity, quality metrics, cost efficiency, and ranking impact to senior leadership.
  • Ensure off-page activity supports and amplifies the on-site SEO strategy across all brands.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience running off-page SEO at an agency, network, or an in-house team, with direct accountability for sizeable headcount and budget.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling direct outreach that delivered measurable ranking and revenue impact.
  • Deep expertise in link quality evaluation, digital PR, and editorial placements within competitive verticals (iGaming, finance, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience reducing cost-per-link while improving link quality at scale.
  • Confident operating independently and influencing senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Proven ability to identify and implement AI-driven opportunities across prospecting, qualification, link evaluation, and reporting — using AI to raise quality, speed, and efficiency across the off-page function.
  • Strong commercial intuition: understands how link investment translates into rankings, revenue, and long-term defensibility.
  • Systems-oriented operator who designs repeatable, scalable outreach processes.
