We’re looking for a creative, technically skilled, and proactive Designer to join our team. This role combines high-quality visual execution with strategic thinking and close collaboration with our Marketing, CRM, Product, and Social Media teams. Key Responsibilities
As a Designer at The Multiple Group, you’ll be responsible for delivering impactful, on-brand visual assets that help bring ideas to life and drive campaign performance across multiple digital channels.

What You’ll Do:

• Design a wide range of digital assets, including banners, newsletters, landing pages, social media posts, and marketing visuals
• Translate creative ideas into functional and visually consistent designs tailored to each brand’s identity and style
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand goals and deliver effective creative solutions
• Organize and maintain design files, components, and assets efficiently
• Stay updated on design trends and continuously propose new visual formats and creative approaches

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic or digital design, preferably within the iGaming industry
• Figma skills (components, variants, auto layout, and library usage - considered a strong asset)
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid experience in image editing and photo manipulation
• Experience using AI tools like Midjourney / Nano banana (or similar)
• Proven ability to create high-quality assets for CRM, performance marketing, affiliates, and social media
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Openness to feedback and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines consistently

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience working in iGaming (casino or sportsbook) brands
• Motion/animation knowledge: basic proficiency in GIFs, WebP, or Figma based animations
• Interest in testing new visual formats especially for a A/B testing initiatives
• Ability to quickly explore and learn new software and tools.
