As CRM Manager, you'll own the full lifecycle of player campaignsβfrom planning and setup to execution, optimization, and analysis!
What You Will Do:
- Planning and setting up campaigns, including bonuses, free spins, customer segmentation, and multi-channel communications (email, SMS, push, inbox).
- Designing and building emails, onsite pages, SMS, inbox messages, push notifications, and automated email flows.
- Conducting A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Defining and refining target audiences, player segments, and campaigns using CRM and marketing tools.
- Developing and managing player lifecycle strategies to boost retention and lifetime value.
- Scheduling and targeting campaign send-outs across all marketing channels via CRM platforms.
- Analyzing competitors and establishing benchmarks to shape data-informed strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, design, dev) for seamless, timely campaign delivery.
- Monitoring reports and leveraging data to make quick, impactful decisions.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties and special projects as required.
Your Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in a similar CRM/retention role in iGaming.
- Hands-on familiarity with CMS platforms and CRM tools.
- Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in content writing is a big plus.
