Role Overview
The Creative Lead for PokerStars SEU will lead the creative development, production and delivery of PokerStars SEU output from design, copy and motion. From short form video for paid digital and Organic Social the role also includes the ongoing development of long-form content for YouTube. The goal of the Creative Lead will be to to deliver exceptional, tailored to channel, design, creative and content that engages and expands PokerStars’ audiences and inspires play across SEU markets.
Leading a team of design, motion graphics and copywriting the role will develop and deliver the SEU core creative output across Poker, Casino and Sports. Working closely with the PSN brand and wider studio, the role will also be responsible for developing our existing brand propositions for France and Spain to the next phase, ensuring they are truly integrated across all comms and customer touchpoints.
Following the global guidelines of the PokerStars brand, the role will set up highly agile, effective and efficient ways of working allowing for a seamless execution from brief to live. Working closely with core SEU teams including Media and Engagement the creative lead will use innovation, the latest in design tools and processes to ensure PokerStars creative output is both locally relevant and has the ability to raise the effectiveness of our media investments.
The role will support the execution of the Engagement & content strategy, providing creative inspiration and support to both internal teams and supporting production agencies. The role will also collaborate closely with central Global teams across PSN in particular design, creative and live events. The role will work closely with global teams to ensure the output of global content and asset packs can be effectively localised and support the scale of SEU execution.
The ideal candidate will be a design and creative enthusiast with an ambition to test and learn both new design principles, ways of working and tools. A self-starter who can quickly spot opportunities and efficiencies, the role would suit a candidate with experience of a fast pace advertising of creative agency.
