We are supporting a fast-scaling international iGaming group seeking a Country Manager for the Nordics to drive growth across Sweden, Finland, and Denmark.
This is not a traditional “regulated market” role. You will operate across emerging market environments, where success depends on network, execution, and speed rather than typical playbook marketing.
You’ll own market growth end-to-end, with a strong focus on poker ecosystems, streamer-led acquisition, and agent/player pool development.
· Own commercial growth strategy across Nordic markets
· Build and activate player acquisition channels via streamers, affiliates, and agents
· Identify and develop player pools, communities, and acquisition hubs
· Drive measurable revenue outcomes (GGR focus, not vanity metrics)
· Build and manage local relationships with key stakeholders and partners
· Proven experience growing iGaming or poker markets, ideally Nordics
· Strong understanding of pre-regulated vs regulated market mechanics
· Demonstrable success in executing campaigns that generated real GGR
· Deep knowledge of poker ecosystems, communities, and acquisition funnels
· Existing network of streamers, agents, or player communities
· Highly autonomous, execution-focused mindset
· Remote, high-trust environment
· Fast-paced, output-driven culture (“get it done” mentality)
· Significant autonomy with strong commercial accountability
