We’re looking for a Key Account Manager who can manage a portfolio of publishers end-to-end.

You’ll own your publisher portfolio fully, from the content that goes live to the SEO results it delivers. We value people who take pride in that ownership and treat every detail as their responsibility.

Negotiation is central to the role. You’ll manage commercial relationships across different markets and deal structures, leading conversations and holding your ground on terms.

Our approach is data-driven and SEO-first. You’ll use SEO analytics to guide your deal strategy and publisher decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Partnership Management

  • Manage a portfolio of publishers assigned to you and maximize revenue and rankings.
  • Act as the main point of contact: build trust, manage expectations, and develop long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy on everything that goes live on your publishers.

Negotiation & Deal Management

  • Run commercial negotiations from proposal to signed agreement. Escalate complex terms to your Manager.
  • Execute and structure deals according to our playbook. Flag edge cases for review.
  • Handle objections and manage concessions strategically: every concession should earn something in return.
  • Manage the full deal lifecycle.

Analysis, Reporting & Strategy

  • Use SEO data and performance analytics to guide decisions, deals, and client conversations.
  • Track and own your KPIs.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Run weekly checks on your publisher portfolio using our tooling and flag drops, wins, and opportunities. 
  • Analytical mindset; can read performance data and explain what it means.

Operations & Process

  • Maintain accurate records across pipeline, contracts, and CRM.
  • Follow operational procedures including quality checks and reporting cadences.
  • Manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.
  • Identify challenges early and propose solutions.
  • Support additional tasks as required.

Team & Culture

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client goals.
  • Contribute to a high-performance culture: share insights, support others, and maintain high standards.
  • Take a solutions-oriented approach and bring ideas forward.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Outreach or Account Management roles.
  • Confident, direct communicator. Comfortable on calls and written negotiation.
  • Basic SEO literacy. Understands rankings, keywords, SERP dynamics (not required to have run campaigns).
  • Experience in iGaming, sports betting, or affiliate marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into decisions.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, AccuRanker, GSC).
  • Working knowledge of commercial deal structures (CPA, RevShare, hybrid).
  • Additional languages (German, Japanese, Swedish, Norwegian).
