We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and organised Commercial Support Executive to provide vital administrative support to our Account Management team, offering an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced B2B environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Game release process support:
    - Uploading game assets, metadata, and configurations into partner portals.
    - Managing hidden production testing windows.
    - Coordinating with QA for pre-release checks.
    - Confirming game is live and its positioning.
    - Post-launch performance tracking.
  • Sponsorships & Campaigns:
    - Adding marketing campaigns in Directus to reflect in BI.
    - Assist with ROI calculations.
    - Ensure confirmed promotions are executed on time.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    - Weekly/monthly performance reports.
    - KPI dashboards (GGR, retention, top games).
    - Pre-meeting data pulls and competitor tracking.
    - Deliver professional, data-backed presentations.
  • Client Events & Day-to-Day Support
    - Organise client dinners and networking events.
    - Book venues and activities.
    - Prepare agendas and manage travel logistics.
    - Provide day-to-day support for customer requests.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 1-2 years of iGaming industry experience is preferred, ideally within commercial operations.
  • B2B experience is considered to be a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and willing to take initiative.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using computers and technology, including updating backend websites and working with digital tools.
  • Able to travel to client or industry events as required.
