The Compliance department is one of the fastest growing ones at GGPoker - with so much growth happening across the business, this is inevitable!
We are now looking for a Technical Compliance Manager to join this dedicated team of hard-working individuals.
Objectives:
- Ensuring the company meets its technical regulatory requirements including responsibility for interpretation and guidance on technical requirements, certifications, change management, technical audits, registers of excluded persons monitoring and safe server monitoring.
- Support product and development teams with informed advice and support relating to the markets we operate in.
- Support compliance managers with advice and interpretations on technical requirements in their jurisdictions.
- Conducting periodic internal reviews and audits to test ongoing compliance.
- Review and amendment of technical policies to ensure they are up to date with all relevant rules, laws, and regulations and ensure that proper processes are in place to reflect such policies.
- Liaising primarily with the compliance team and relevant security and tech teams to ensure compliance.
- Interact with regulators where required including acting as a point of contact for technical compliance matters.
- Provide additional support where required

- You need to be a highly motivated, driven and independent individual willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Structured and organized with a positive can-do attitude.
- Quick learner and ability to take on board added responsibility.
- Strong technical expertise in relation to the implementation of compliance requirements in the iGaming Industry.
- A good understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Confidence to speak to regulators and lead internal stakeholder meetings.
- Experience in dealing with regulatory bodies on all compliance matters.
- Technical work experience or education is required.
