Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update internal CRM systems with accurate and accessible client information.
- Capture promotions within internal systems and assist with setup, including managing URLs and ensuring correct implementation.
- Build and manage relationships with assigned B2B clients, responding to their requests.
- Handle administrative tasks, including basic bookkeeping and coordination of internal processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and implement best practices.
- Assist with client calls and provide support to the commercial team as needed.
Essential Skills
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably within a commercial environment.
- Comfortable with technology such as Microsoft 365 and Google tools.
- iGaming experience is ideal, however not required.
