As a Solution Delivery Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that NetRefer clients and partners receive high-quality, well-managed solution delivery across the full client lifecycle. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you will manage the relationship between clients, partners, internal commercial stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure that projects, system integrations, lifecycle requests, consultancy activities, and post-go-live initiatives are delivered effectively.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of client engagement, project coordination, data analysis, and technical delivery. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, translating requirements into clear delivery plans, actioning and coordinating internal activities, and ensuring that agreed outcomes are achieved within scope, time, and budget. From discovery and scoping through to implementation, handover, adoption, and eventual system decommissioning, you will help drive structured, transparent, and successful delivery.

The Solution Delivery Specialist is a technical and data-adjacent role that requires close collaboration with internal technical teams. You will support the planning of delivery activities, help prioritise work, monitor progress, manage dependencies, and ensure that department processes are followed consistently. You will also contribute to solution reviews, data-driven recommendations, and continuous improvement initiatives that help clients maximise the value they receive from the NetRefer platform.

To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive team player with strong organizational skills, confidence in client-facing communication, and the ability to work across multiple priorities in a fast-paced industry. You will bring together project management discipline, data analytical thinking, technical awareness, and presentation skills to support excellent client outcomes and contribute to NetRefer's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the operational relationship with clients and partners throughout project and solution delivery activities, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and follow-through.
  • Lead and deliver client solutions in line with agreed scope, timelines, and budget, covering integration onboarding projects, lifecycle requests, consultancy engagements, post-go-live activities, and eventual system decommissioning.
  • Coordinate discovery, scoping, planning, execution, handover, and closure activities to ensure each project or solution request is delivered in a structured and transparent manner.
  • Work closely with clients and partners to understand business needs, clarify requirements, manage expectations, and ensure delivery outcomes are aligned with agreed objectives.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable delivery tasks, support technical sprint planning, monitor progress, and help resolve blockers or dependencies.
  • Take a hands-on approach to solution delivery by independently executing operational and project-related tasks, such as quality checks and the implementation of specific project types, with minimal to no involvement from technical teams.
  • Partner with the Commercial team to support pre-sales activity, renewals, growth opportunities, client solution discussions, and value-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure departmental processes, documentation standards, and delivery governance are followed consistently, while identifying opportunities to improve ways of working.
  • Support new product rollouts by assisting with planning, coordination, communication, client enablement, operational readiness, and post-release follow-up.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives such as documentation upkeep, process improvement, user acceptance testing, operational enhancements, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities for clients and users to become NetRefer advocates, including participation in user communities, beta testing, testimonials, case studies, and other engagement initiatives.
  • Build long-term client and partner relationships based on trust, product knowledge, delivery consistency, and a strong understanding of client objectives.

Key Requirements

  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing, SaaS platforms, or the iGaming industry would be considered an advantage.
  • 1–2 years' experience in data analyst, software implementation, solution delivery, project coordination, client onboarding, or a similar client-facing delivery role.
  • Experience in project management, including planning, tracking milestones, managing deliverables, coordinating stakeholders, and following up on actions.
  • Experience working with data, reporting, or analytics, with the ability to interpret information and turn insights into practical action plans.
  • Ability to understand and communicate product features, system functionality, workflows, and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to create project plans, define milestones and deliverables, manage tasks, and prioritise work effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with clients, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, propose solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex challenges.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to carry out quality checks, validate outputs, and ensure work is completed accurately and consistently.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and execute responsibilities with minimal direction where appropriate.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced industry with changing priorities, shifting timelines, ambiguity, and deadline pressure.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop long-term partnerships based on trust, product knowledge, and consistent delivery.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and support continuous improvement across processes, documentation, and ways of working.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English. Other languages are a plus.
  • Collaborative team player who works effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients to achieve shared outcomes.
