NEXT.io is a B2B iGaming events and media company producing industry-leading summits, editorial content, research, podcasts, and networking experiences. We are scaling rapidly and expanding into new verticals, and the people behind that growth are central to our success.

The Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who enjoys the pace and variety of recruitment and takes pride in delivering a well-run hiring process. You will work closely with hiring managers across the business, owning recruitment end-to-end and ensuring roles are filled efficiently and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple vacancies simultaneously. It will suit someone who enjoys working across the full recruitment process, from sourcing and coordination through to keeping processes running smoothly, while building strong relationships across the business.  No two roles are the same, and you will work across a mix of positions, from high-volume hiring to more specialist searches.

What You Will Do

End-to-End Recruitment
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer acceptance.
• Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and agree on clear timelines and expectations.
• Write and post job adverts that accurately reflect the role and attract suitable candidates.
• Source candidates using a range of channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview stages.
• Manage offers and ensure a smooth handover into onboarding.

Hiring Coordination & Delivery
• Keep recruitment processes moving by managing schedules, interviews, and communication efficiently.
• Ensure hiring managers are kept up to date on progress, pipelines, and any challenges.
• Maintain a consistent and structured approach across all roles.

Candidate Experience
• Ensure all candidates have a clear, timely, and respectful experience throughout the hiring process.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed at every stage.
• Provide feedback where appropriate and ensure a professional close to each process.

Recruitment Systems & Data
• Own and manage the recruitment module within BambooHR, ensuring all candidate data is accurate, up to date, and consistently maintained.
• Track key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire and pipeline progress.
• Use data to identify delays or gaps in the process and help keep hiring on track.

Employer Brand & Projects
• Support the development of a strong employer brand, contributing to how the company is represented to candidates across channels.
• Assist with recruitment-related initiatives such as careers content, job ad consistency, and talent attraction efforts.
• Lead or participate in projects to improve hiring practices, such as hiring manager training, interview frameworks, and process improvements.

Stakeholder Support
• Build strong working relationships with hiring managers across the business.
• Provide practical guidance on recruitment processes and help ensure consistency in hiring decisions.

What You Bring

Essential
• 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, either in-house or agency (or both).
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles at the same time.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple processes running smoothly.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience using an ATS or similar recruitment system.
• A detail-focused approach, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the hiring process.
• A practical, hands-on mindset with a focus on delivery.

Desirable
• Experience in a fast-paced or growing business.
• Familiarity with hiring across different departments or job types.
• Exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing activities.
• Knowledge of the iGaming, events, or media industry.
