We are looking for a senior cross-functional leader to drive the growth, development, and expansion of our new sweepstakes casino product, in the United States. The ideal candidate combines product management, marketing & acquisition knowledge, player retention expertise, and a deep understanding of the US sweepstakes / social casino landscape.

This role sits at the center of the business: coordinating product, engineering, design, CRM, marketing, paid media, affiliation, compliance, and analytics to accelerate growth and ensure flawless delivery.

Your Experience:

  • Five to eight years of experience in product management, growth, CRM, or product marketing, ideally in gaming, sweepstakes, social casino, or mobile entertainment.
  • Strong understanding of US player behavior, online gaming funnels, and mobile-first user journeys.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Experience with product analytics, A/B testing, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and operate in a high-growth environment.

What You Will Do:

Product Ownership & Roadmap

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for the sweepstakes casino, balancing user experience, monetization, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Drive feature prioritization based on business goals, player insights, funnel data, and competitive analysis.
  • Work with engineering and design to ensure timely, high-quality product releases.

Go-to-Market & Growth

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for new features, markets, and product updates.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media, Social, Affiliates, and SEO to craft acquisition tactics tailored to the US sweepstakes audience.
  • Translate product USPs into effective messaging across all channels.

Retention & Player Lifecycle

  • Own the player retention and CRM strategy across onboarding, engagement loops, reactivation, and monetization pathways.
  • Work closely with CRM and Data teams to build automated journeys, segmentation, rewards, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor retention KPIs (DAU/MAU, ARPDAU, session frequency, progression, churn).

Cross-Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Act as the central point connecting Marketing, Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Customer Support, and Compliance.
  • Ensure perfect alignment between teams, removing blockers and driving execution.
  • Lead weekly sprint planning, product meetings, and growth reviews.

Market & Competitor Expertise

  • Bring expert knowledge of the US sweepstakes and social casino ecosystem.
  • Continuously analyze competitor apps, creative trends, monetization patterns, and player expectations.
  • Recommend growth and product pivots based on market movements.

Data, Insights & Reporting

  • Define and monitor KPIs across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Work closely with analytics to understand funnel performance and identify growth levers.
  • Build clear reporting to present roadmap progress and growth outcomes to leadership.
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties and special projects as required.
