We are looking for a results-driven Social & Community Manager
to be part of our fast growing Casino department.
Position Summary
The Social & Community Manager (Crypto-Focused) is responsible for managing and growing the brandβs presence across crypto-native platforms, fostering an engaged Web3 community, and driving user acquisition through strategic social media and community engagement.
This role requires deep familiarity with blockchain culture, crypto terminology, and real-time market trends.
Key Responsibilities
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Manage daily content across Telegram, Discord, X, and other crypto channels.
- Create engaging content while maintaining a consistent Web3 brand voice.
- Moderate communities, respond to user inquiries, and foster organic discussions.
- Escalate technical, compliance, or reputational issues promptly to relevant teams.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow community size, engagement, and retention.
- Track and report community performance metrics (followers, active users, engagement, retention).
- Plan, manage, and optimize budgets for community campaigns, giveaways, and referral programs.
- Collaborate with influencers, crypto KOLs, and manage their accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging narratives.
- Draft and distribute announcements for token listings, partnerships, product launches, and roadmap updates.
- Ensure all messaging and campaigns comply with regulatory, compliance, and responsible gaming guidelines.
- Support cross-team projects, providing insights from community feedback to marketing, product, and customer support teams.
- Maintain documentation and logs of community interactions, issues, and campaign performance for review and analysis.
Requirements
- 2 years in crypto/Web3 projects, blockchain startups, crypto exchanges, casinos platforms.
- Proven experience managing Telegram & Discord communities.
- Strong understanding of blockchain, tokenomics, DeFi, wallets, and exchanges.
- Skilled with social scheduling tools, analytics dashboards, and moderation bots.
- Experience managing budgets for campaigns, events, and community growth initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of crypto culture and excellent written communication.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues effectively and professionally.
