We’re looking for an experienced Senior Retention Manager to shape and drive our player lifecycle strategy, elevate engagement, and maximise revenue impact. This role combines strategic ownership with hands‑on execution and requires deep expertise in the Sweepstakes/Social Casino space—from virtual currency models to engagement ecosystems and compliance considerations. You’ll lead the full retention roadmap and play a crucial role in expanding our product across multiple markets.
What You Will Do:
- Build and refine automated CRM programmes, including onboarding flows, churn‑prevention journeys, VIP treatments, and reactivation paths.
- Enhance engagement loops within the Sweepstakes model, optimising coins, bonuses, game mechanics, and gamified features.
- Create behaviour‑based segmentation models and value‑tiered frameworks to guide targeted communication and offers.
- Take responsibility for core retention KPIs such as LTV, ARPU, churn, DAU/MAU trends, and overall engagement health.
- Develop and own a comprehensive retention and lifecycle strategy tailored to across player segments..
- Collaborate closely with BI and Analytics to evaluate campaign performance, measure incrementality, and identify optimisations.
- Continuously experiment with messaging, incentives, and reward structures to improve player outcomes.
- Plan and manage multi‑channel campaign execution across Email, Push, SMS, In‑App, and On‑site touchpoints.
- Ensure all communications and promotions meet regulatory requirements within Sweepstakes operations.
- Support additional initiatives and projects as needed to meet business priorities.
Your Experience:
- Solid experience working in Sweepstakes or Social Casino (Must).
- At least 5 years working in CRM or Retention in online gaming industry.
- Experience working at a Senior Manager level.
- Clear understanding of how to group players by behaviour and manage their full lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working directly with data.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms like Optimove, Salesforce, Braze, Fast Track, or similar tools.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoke
- Ability to excel in a fast‑moving environment and adapt to evolving business needs
