What You Will Do:

  • Own the CRM product vertical end-to-end, including strategy, execution, optimization, and performance accountability.
  • Define, track, and optimize key KPIs such as retention, reactivation, ARPU, LTV, churn rate, and campaign ROI.
  • Lead the planning, setup, and governance of all CRM campaigns, including bonuses, free spins, segmentation strategy, and multi-channel communications (email, SMS, push, inbox).
  • Drive data-led decision-making on campaign structure, player targeting, incentive mechanics, and communication frequency.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of automated lifecycle journeys, ensuring scalable and high-impact retention strategies.
  • Take ownership of audience architecture, segmentation models, and CRM logic to maximize personalization and revenue impact.
  • Manage A/B testing frameworks, define hypotheses, interpret results, and implement continuous performance improvements.
  • Work closely with Product, BI, and Tech teams to influence CRM system enhancements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish performance benchmarks through competitor analysis and market insights.
  • Present CRM performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and timely campaign delivery across all CRM channels.

Your Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in CRM/Retention within iGaming.
  • Proven track record of owning KPIs and driving measurable growth in retention and player value.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience interpreting CRM data and making strategic business decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and CMS systems.
  • Experience building lifecycle strategies and segmentation frameworks at scale.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize strategically while operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong ownership mentality.
