The Role:
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, as a Senior Commercial Analyst, you will work closely with commercial leadership, sales and revenue teams - shaping pricing, deal structures, commercial packages and strategic initiatives. This is a role for someone who wants real impact, not just reporting responsibility. We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Analyst who enjoys turning data into commercial decisions!
As a Senior Commercial Analyst (Revenue, Pricing & Strategy), you are expected to:
Commercial analysis & insights
- Analyse commercial performance across markets, partners, deal types and products
- Identify trends, risks and growth opportunities related to revenue, margin and deal mix
- Turn data into clear insights and recommendations for commercial leadership
Pricing & deal economics
- Support pricing frameworks (CPA, revshare, fixed fees, hybrid deals, packages)
- Evaluate deal profitability, margin impact and long-term value
- Support complex or high-value deal decisions with scenario analysis
Packaging & propositions
- Build and refine commercial packages (market bundles, event-based offerings, premium placements)
- Support sales with repeatable, scalable offerings
- Review package performance post-sale and recommend optimizations
Sales control & enablement
- Support sales leadership with visibility on pipeline, deal mix and performance
- Track sales performance against targets and strategic priorities
- Identify inefficiencies in sales execution and resource allocation
Strategic initiatives
- Lead or support cross-functional commercial initiatives
- Structure ambiguous problems into clear analyses and recommendations
- Act as a sparring partner to commercial leadership
Decks & storytelling
- Build clear, high-quality sales and strategy decks
- Translate complex data into compelling narratives
- Support partner proposals and leadership presentations
