A taste of what you'll do

The Programmatic and Marketing Tech Manager is responsible for the set-up, management, optimization, and performance analysis of campaigns in specific regions.

Accountabilities

• Campaign Optimization & Innovation: Lead the ongoing optimization of media campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and identify new growth opportunities. Actively test and innovate to ensure sustained campaign performance across digital channels.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams (Affiliates, Design, and Content) to integrate marketing efforts. Leverage cross-departmental insights to achieve optimal campaign performance.
• Data-Driven Performance Analysis: Oversee the setup, tracking, and detailed performance analysis of all campaigns using ad servers and other tools. Continuously monitor KPIs, analyze results against targets, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a high-performance culture within the marketing team. Serve as a key advisor in marketing tech discussions and proactively improve data collection and performance.
• Creative Collaboration: Develop design briefs for performance on managed campaigns. Work closely with agencies and internal teams to ensure all creative work meets the highest standards and aligns with market goals.
• Budget & Spend Management: Monitor campaign budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to agreed financial parameters. Provide regular reports on spend and ROI to senior leadership.
• Rapid Market Adaptation: Adapt quickly to market changes and new opportunities, maintaining flexibility and agility in a fast-paced environment. Ensure marketing initiatives stay aligned with the latest industry trends.
• Stakeholder Reporting & Communication: Provide regular, comprehensive reports to senior management, highlighting campaign performance, market insights, and potential growth areas. Deliver actionable recommendations and ensure transparency in performance metrics.
• Any other task or responsibility related to or connected with the role of Programmatic and Marketing Tech Manager.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a media management role within the iGaming industry
• Marketing degree or marketing postgraduate certification
• Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of another language is an advantage
• Experience with performance marketing campaigns (Programmatic, Fixed CPM, PPC, and social media)
• Prior exposure to an ad server tool and various creative formats
• Preferably experience with data collection scripts, conversion APIs, and Google Tag Manager for digital campaigns
• Confident communicator with excellent people skills
• Project management skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude and comfort working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and energized by a dynamic environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
