Player Growth Manager (Poker and Agent Networks)

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Player Growth Manager (Poker & Agent Networks) to support a portfolio of iGaming brands operating across regulated European markets, including Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, and Denmark.

You will drive growth through non-traditional acquisition strategies, focusing heavily on agent networks and poker ecosystems rather than standard paid media.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute marketing strategies across regulated European markets

· Build and scale agent-driven acquisition channels

· Identify and activate communities across various platforms

· Create innovative routes to market

· Collaborate with regional stakeholders to localise growth strategies

· Monitor performance and optimise campaigns based on ROI and player value

What We’re Looking For

· Background in iGaming, crypto, or emerging digital ecosystems

· Strong understanding of poker communities and agent-based acquisition models

· Experience reaching audiences outside traditional paid channels

· Entrepreneurial mindset with a “build fast, test faster” approach

· Ability to operate in both structured (regulated) and non-linear growth environments
