About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Manager (Part-Time) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office and ensure everything runs smoothly. This role combines office administration, facilities management, supplier coordination, and operational support to create a productive and well-organised workplace.
The ideal candidate is practical, hands-on, and enjoys taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the office and ensure a smooth, organised working environment.
- Manage office supplies, weekly stock levels, office purchases, and supplier relationships.
- Coordinate office maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and general workplace upkeep.
- Organise meetings, coordinate business travel, and support day-to-day office operations.
- Assist in organising and coordinating company events, team activities, and office initiatives.
- Process office invoices and expenses, and maintain accurate administrative records.
- Support employee onboarding by coordinating office access, equipment, and workspace setup.
- Maintain organised company records, documentation, and office procedures.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the leadership team and wider business.
- Identify opportunities to improve office processes and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Office Administrator, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating suppliers, facilities, and office operations.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and spreadsheets.
