Junior SEO Executive

As Paradise Media is a digital media company operating in the iGaming affiliate space, we’re looking for an entry-level Junior SEO Executive to join our team at our Balluta Bay office.

This role is about learning fast and building real skills. You’ll be trained in how websites rank on Google (SEO) and how we use AI tools to move faster and work smarter. You’re not expected to be an expert on day one, we’re looking for someone who is interested in AI, tech savvy, and a fast learner.

You’ll support the growth of our portfolio of websites while developing hands-on experience in SEO, data analysis, and AI-driven workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Learn the fundamentals of Search Engine Optimization and handle day-to-day tasks that help our sites rank and perform better.

• Work with modern AI tools to create content, streamline workflows, and improve team efficiency. AI is a core part of how we operate.

• Research competitors, identify keyword opportunities, and help uncover gaps or trends we can take advantage of.

• Review site and page-level data to understand what’s working and what isn’t. When something underperforms, you’ll help investigate why.
• This is not a repetitive data-entry role. You’ll take part in brainstorming sessions, contribute ideas, and help solve real problems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.

• You’re comfortable with technology, pick up new tools quickly, and aren’t intimidated by complex systems.

• You take initiative, don’t need constant supervision, and are motivated to learn and grow.

• When you hit a roadblock, you research, test, and experiment until you find a solution.

• You must be based in Malta and be available to work from the office full-time.
