Junior Account Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions across multiple communication channels, building strong client relationships, and supporting the achievement of sales and customer engagement objectives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to customer service, and the ability to follow structured sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, products, and account information through phone calls, emails, and live chat.
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional assistance to customers while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Proactively contact customers via telephone and chat in line with established sales and engagement processes.
- Identify customer needs and opportunities to promote relevant products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activities within company systems.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to support retention and long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Undertake any additional tasks and duties as assigned by the Brand Manager or the Company from time to time.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Fluency in an additional language is highly desirable, with Italian or Spanish preferred.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable communicating with customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to follow structured sales processes.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is considered an asset.
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, sales, or a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
Objectives & Performance Indicators
The successful candidate will be expected to achieve objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with the role. Specific targets and performance measures will be communicated and agreed upon during the recruitment and onboarding process.
