Neo Group is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our dynamic team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks across our properties, ensuring that everything is in excellent working order. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues.
• Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential problems.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with other maintenance and management staff to prioritize and complete work orders efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
• Proficiency in a range of repair and maintenance skills including carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical work.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative team player.
• Physical fitness to perform manual labor tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
