Job Description

As a Gaming Country Manager, you will be instrumental in driving strategic growth and gaming commercial performance within your designated markets across Casino, Live Casino, Poker and Bingo.

At bet365, we are on the brink of a significant transformation to elevate our gaming offering. As a Gaming Country Manager based on-site at our office in Malta, you will be at the forefront of this exciting journey, leading strategic growth and regulatory compliance within the UK and European markets.

Your role as the key regional representative will be crucial in executing our gaming strategy at a country level, ensuring our brand stands out as a leader in the local iGaming industry.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the iGaming industry, with a proven track record in market growth and business development.
  • Experience in financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and setting financial KPIs, with a focus on driving profitability.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a high-performance culture and achieving operational excellence.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance within the iGaming sector, with a commitment to player protection and responsible gaming.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder and partner management, building relationships across diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with performance analysis tools and systems, coupled with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Additional Information

  • Translating the regional strategy into actionable country-level plans, driving market expansion and establishing our brand as a dominant player in the local iGaming landscape.
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy in collaboration with the Gaming Commercial team.
  • Collaborating with the Gaming Product and Marketing teams to tailor marketing campaigns and product offerings to resonate with local market preferences.
  • Taking full ownership of the profit and loss for your assigned markets, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Leading and managing the country team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture while supporting the professional development of team members.
  • Building strong relationships with gaming providers and key business partners, working closely with the Head of Gaming, UK and Europe to align and support country-specific initiatives.
  • Analysing data to drive continuous improvement, conducting periodic benchmarking, and utilising internal reporting tools to monitor and enhance market performance.
