Customer Support Adviser

We are Megapixel Entertainment LTD, a leading iGaming company based in Malta, recognized as a top provider of online slot games in Germany, and expanding our presence in the Swedish market. We deliver engaging gaming experiences to a diverse, international audience.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative fluent in English.  Fluency in German and/or Swedish is a plus, but not required. In this role, you will be key to maintaining our reputation for excellence, providing timely and effective support to players via live chat and email, and ensuring a seamless gaming experience across our markets.

What will you be doing?

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through live chat and email, in a friendly and empathetic manner.
• Proactively identify and report potential issues or patterns affecting customer experience and work with the team to improve processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Payments, Fraud, CRM, and Responsible Gaming, to ensure smooth operations and deliver the best customer experience.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, best practices, and feedback.

What is needed for this role?

• You are fluent in English.
• You have excellent written communication skills.
• At least one successful experience in customer support. 
• Exceptional customer service orientation, with a friendly, positive attitude.
• You are flexible and willing to work on a shift basis (No Night Shifts).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
