We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative fluent in English. Fluency in German and/or Swedish is a plus, but not required. In this role, you will be key to maintaining our reputation for excellence, providing timely and effective support to players via live chat and email, and ensuring a seamless gaming experience across our markets.
What will you be doing?
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through live chat and email, in a friendly and empathetic manner.
- Proactively identify and report potential issues or patterns affecting customer experience and work with the team to improve processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Payments, Fraud, CRM, and Responsible Gaming, to ensure smooth operations and deliver the best customer experience.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, best practices, and feedback.
What is needed for this role?
- You are fluent in English.
- You have excellent written communication skills.
- At least one successful experience in customer support.
- Exceptional customer service orientation, with a friendly, positive attitude.
- You are flexible and willing to work on a shift basis (No Night Shifts).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
