As our CRM Campaign Executive, your mission is to transform CRM briefs into reality. You will be the architect of our player rewards, managing the technical execution of campaigns across Casino, Live Casino, and Sportsbook.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Technical Campaign Setup: Build and implement targeted CRM campaigns focused on customer activation, conversion, and retention.
• Bonus & Reward Management: Execute the backend setup of bonuses, free spins, and customer segmentation with 100% accuracy.
• System Integration: Manage workflows through our partner backend systems.
• Process Optimisation: Once you master our systems, you will proactively suggest ways to automate and improve our CRM flows and operational efficiency.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Collaboratively test new provider features and system updates to ensure a seamless player journey.

What You Bring to the Table:

• iGaming Experience: 2+ years of experience in the online gaming industry is essential.
• Technical Mindset: You are proficient in Excel and Google Drive, with a natural ability to learn complex backend software quickly.
• Extreme Attention to Detail: You take pride in being punctual and precise, even when working under tight deadlines.
• Target-Driven: You are motivated by reaching KPIs and seeing the direct impact of your campaigns on retention and loyalty rates.
• Proactive Communication: You enjoy sharing insights and collaborating across teams to deliver the best results.
