We are seeking a Compliance Certifications Specialist responsible for owning and managing the full lifecycle of functional and security certifications across multiple jurisdictions. The role ensures that all certification activities are properly planned, tracked, and executed to a high standard, with submissions that are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and testing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will act as the central coordinator between internal team and external stakeholders such as accredited labs. They will maintain a structured certification roadmap, proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, and drive resolution to keep delivery timelines on track. In addition, the role involves managing certification costs, optimizing efficiency across projects, and providing clear, regular reporting to stakeholders to ensure transparency and informed decision-making throughout the certification lifecycle.
- Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of functional and security certifications across products and jurisdictions
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver certification activities across multiple regulatory environments and timelines
- Ensure all certification submissions are complete, accurate, and of high quality, minimizing rework, delays, and compliance risk
- Serve as the primary liaison between external test laboratories, auditors, and internal teams
- Develop and maintain a centralized certification roadmap, ensuring clear visibility of all ongoing and upcoming activities
- Ensure all new initiatives are properly scoped, planned, and integrated into the certification pipeline from the outset
- Provide clear, structured, and regular reporting to stakeholders on certification progress, status, and key milestones
- Estimate, track, and manage certification and audit-related costs at a project level
- Recommend cost-efficient approaches and optimizations to support delivery while maintaining compliance and quality standards
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree in Business Development, Economics, Project Management, or related field

Strong understanding of business and project delivery principles
- Analytical mindset with structured approach to planning and execution
iGaming industry experience is required
- Proven experience working with testing laboratories and certification bodies

Strong working knowledge of Jira for tracking and workflow management
- Solid understanding of certification, compliance, and audit processes in regulated environments
