The Casino Product Manager is responsible for the performance, optimisation, and
operational management of the casino product. This role ensures a competitive, engaging, and well-maintained casino offering by coordinating game releases, managing provider relationships, analysing product performance, and supporting promotional initiatives to drive player engagement and revenue growth.
Game & Provider Management
- Oversee and coordinate the release of new casino games across the platform.
- Manage relationships with game providers and ensure smooth integration and operations.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and activities with game providers.
- Monitor provider performance and track key performance metrics.
- Communicate and manage provider downtimes, maintenance windows, or technical issues.
Casino Lobby & Player Experience
- Manage and optimise the casino lobby layout to improve game visibility and player engagement.
- Ensure the casino product remains competitive by monitoring industry trends and game performance.
- Work closely with internal teams to enhance the overall player experience.
Promotions & CRM Collaboration
- Collaborate with the CRM team to plan and execute casino-related promotions,tournaments, and campaigns.
- Support promotional strategies aimed at increasing player retention, activity, and revenue.
Product Performance & Reporting
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports analysing casino performance metrics.
- Monitor game performance, player engagement, and revenue trends.
- Identify optimisation opportunities through data analysis and provide actionable insights.
Financial & Operational Management
- Reconcile monthly casino provider invoices and verify billing accuracy.
- Track financial performance and support forecasting and budgeting activities related to the casino product.
Compliance, Fraud & Issue Resolution
- Liaise with the Fraud and Risk teams to investigate suspicious player behaviour or abuse.
- Coordinate with game providers and technical teams to resolve game-related issues or technical faults.
- Ensure casino operations comply with regulatory and internal compliance requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a casino product, casino operations, or strategic iGaming role.
- Experience in casino product management or casino operations.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, casino platforms, and casino games.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple internal and external teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, discipline, and structured approach to processes.
- Creative and open mindset with the ability to identify product improvement opportunities
